Sermon: You Can’t Keep a God-Man Down
What an outstanding Sunday! We cheered on our “Walk Like MADD” 5K participants, welcomed more new members and were blessed to worship with guests from The Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

The title of the sermon was “You Can’t Keep a God – Man Down“. Since Easter we have been looking at Jesus sightings following His resurrection. This Sunday we looked at the impact Jesus had on the lives of people that witnessed the crucifixion and the very people that crucified him. “And when the centurion, who stood facing him, saw that in this way he breathed his last, he said, “Truly this man was the Son of God!” (Mark 15:39). Jesus also appeared to more than 500 at the same time. Your life is transformed when you experience the risen Christ. One encounter with Jesus changes everything! .

Challenge for the week: Identify the person that helps you grow closer to God. Bring that person to “Come As You Are” worship!
